Chris shows how the ideas on the nature of harmony in Book IV of Kepler's Harmonies of the World are not only central to the argument of the entire work, but were the basis of the bitter division between Kepler on one side, and Robert Fludd and the Venetian operatives (who would later create the British Royal Society) on the other.
