The concluding presentation of the conference begins with a review by Aaron of the development of dynamics from Kepler to Einstein, followed by Cody's presentation of Riemann's idea of complex functions as expressions of least action phenomena. Addressing the notion of changes in the boundary conditions characteristic of any process, including social processes, requires an understanding of the two-fold power of the human mind: that expressed as man acting on nature, as in physical science, and that expressed as man acting on man, as in Classical art.
